With the promotion of energy conservation and environmental protection and related measures, how to realize energy saving and environmental protection of spray dryer has become a problem that the drying equipment manufacturers have to think about. On the basis of full research on its performance, some manufacturers have summarized some useful energy-saving and consumption reduction measures, which are briefly sorted out by the Xiaobian.

一，提高熱風的進塔溫度。據(jù)了解，在離塔溫度不變的情況下，熱風的進塔溫度越高，傳遞給泥漿霧滴的熱量越多，單位熱風蒸發(fā)的水分越多。在生產(chǎn)能力恒定的情況下，所需熱風量減少，如此便可以減少熱量損失，降低真空噴霧干燥機的熱量消耗。

1、 Increase the inlet temperature of hot air. It is understood that under the condition of constant temperature away from the tower, the higher the inlet temperature of hot air, the more heat transferred to mud droplets and the more water evaporated by unit hot air. When the production capacity is constant, the amount of hot air required is reduced, so that the heat loss can be reduced and the heat consumption of the vacuum spray dryer can be reduced.

二，可以適當降低熱風的離塔溫度。在熱風的進塔溫度恒定不變的情況下，降低熱風的離塔溫度，可以減少熱風離塔時所帶走的熱量，較大限度地利用熱風的熱量來干燥物料。

2、 The off tower temperature of hot air can be appropriately reduced. When the inlet temperature of hot air is constant, reducing the temperature of hot air leaving the tower can reduce the heat taken away by hot air leaving the tower, and make greater use of the heat of hot air to dry materials.

三，增大進塔熱風與離塔熱風之間的溫度差，通過提高熱風的進塔溫度或降低熱風的離塔溫度，增大進塔熱風與離塔熱風之間的溫度差，充分利用熱風的熱量蒸發(fā)物料的水分，從而達到提高噴霧干燥塔的熱效率、降低能耗的目的。

五，可以通過熱交換器來回收利用廢氣余熱，從而達到節(jié)省能源的目的。例如，在使用真空噴霧干燥機期間，利用熱交換器將能夠更為充分的利用熱量，從而提高噴霧干燥機的霧化效率，減少能耗。

5、 The waste heat of waste gas can be recovered through heat exchanger, so as to save energy. For example, during the use of vacuum spray dryer, the heat exchanger will be able to make full use of heat, thereby improving the atomization efficiency of spray dryer and reducing energy consumption.

除了對噴霧干燥機的節(jié)能降耗有改進要求以外，一些用戶反映，在對實驗室天然產(chǎn)物提取物做噴霧干燥時，經(jīng)常會產(chǎn)生黏壁問題，困擾科研人員的操作。

In addition to improving requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction of spray dryer, some users have shown that sticky problems often occur in spray drying of natural products extracts from laboratories, which may interfere with the operation of scientific researchers.
