實用 | 干燥機選型的重要性

干燥機的用途是干燥壓縮空氣的。按干燥程度不同分為冷干機和吸干機。冷干機采用冷凍除濕原理，而吸干機采用的是選擇性吸附原理。

The purpose of dryer is to dry compressed air. According to the degree of drying, it can be divided into cold dryer and suction dryer. The cold dryer adopts the principle of freezing dehumidification, while the suction dryer adopts the principle of selective adsorption.

干燥機在選用過程中，要特別注意與壓縮機，工況和環(huán)境條件相匹配，這個匹配的過程稱為選型，這是用好干燥機必須過程之一。

In the selection process of dryer, special attention should be paid to matching with compressor, working condition and environmental conditions. This matching process is called type selection, which is one of the necessary processes to make good use of dryer.

1.為什么要選型？

1. Why choose a model?

制造商基本都是按照行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來設(shè)計和制造干燥機的。兩個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中都給出了作為基準(zhǔn)的額定工況，而實際干燥機的工作條件往往會出現(xiàn)偏離。

Manufacturers are basically in accordance with industry standards to design and manufacture dryer. Both of the two standards give the rated working conditions as the benchmark, but the actual working conditions of the dryer often deviate.

無論是冷干機還是吸干機，工作條件發(fā)生變化后，處理壓縮空氣的能力也發(fā)生變化。如果變化導(dǎo)致負(fù)荷變大，那么干燥機的額定處理量需要進(jìn)行修正，修正后的處理量與實際處理量匹配的情況下才能獲得好的使用效果。

Whether it is a cold dryer or a suction dryer, the ability to handle compressed air changes with the change of working conditions. If the load becomes larger due to the change, the rated capacity of the dryer needs to be modified, and only when the modified capacity matches the actual capacity can the good use effect be obtained.

How to select the type?

干燥機的基本選型分為如下四個步驟：

The basic selection of dryer is divided into the following four steps:

一，確定安裝現(xiàn)場條件，是否具備冷卻水條件，并確定干燥機的冷卻型式（如需要）；

1、 Determine the installation site conditions and cooling water conditions, and determine the cooling type of dryer (if necessary);

二，確定選型參數(shù)，如壓縮空氣大流量，高進(jìn)氣溫度，低進(jìn)氣壓力，高冷卻介質(zhì)溫度，以及環(huán)境溫度和濕度，需求點；

2、 Determine the selection parameters, such as large flow of compressed air, high inlet temperature, low inlet pressure, high cooling medium temperature, ambient temperature and humidity, demand point;

三，根據(jù)干燥機制造商的樣本上的修正系數(shù)和公式選擇合適型號的干燥機，并確認(rèn)干燥機是否適用安裝地點的環(huán)境溫濕度；

3、 Select the appropriate model of dryer according to the correction coefficient and formula on the dryer manufacturer's sample, and confirm whether the dryer is suitable for the ambient temperature and humidity of the installation site;

四，評估干燥機的綜合能耗。

4、 Evaluate the comprehensive energy consumption of dryer.
