PSA制氮機出現(xiàn)噴灰現(xiàn)象該如何處理？

制氮機噴灰現(xiàn)象，也被稱之為碳分子篩粉化，這種情況的出現(xiàn)是由于碳分子篩壓不嚴實或碳分子篩松動，造成制氮機噴粉冒黑煙，此時需要整個系統(tǒng)徹底更換碳分子篩。如果此時還是正常添加碳分子篩，就會出現(xiàn)碳分子篩不停地噴出，后果會越來越嚴重，整個氮氣管道系統(tǒng)會有碳分子篩粉末。

制氮機使用過程中受到撞擊或者設備移動等原因導致吸附塔結構性毛病如吸附塔管道脫焊，碳分子篩外流，碳分子篩松動而粉化。從消音器噴出來的物質(zhì)一般會有小顆粒，咱們需要查看該顆粒是活性炭還是分子篩。

由于活性炭和分子篩都是黑色的固體顆粒，從色彩上很難分辨，可是他們的顆粒形狀不同。假如噴出來的是活性炭，那么問題還不是很嚴重，咱們可以將活性炭過濾器拆下，去除里面的活性炭，查看活性炭底部絲網(wǎng)是否有破損，如有破損，更換新的不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)，然后裝回活性炭即可正常運轉。

裝填活性炭的時盡量將過濾器內(nèi)裝滿，防止活性炭在氣流作用下相互碰擊產(chǎn)生粉塵。假如噴出來的是分子篩，那么處理起來就比較麻煩了，需要將設備運回工廠后進行大修。
