制氮機中碳分子篩裝填需要注意什么，了解制氮機的都知道，制氮機的分子篩填裝是很重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)，制氮機中碳分子篩裝入吸附塔時具備填裝，否則易粉化并導(dǎo)致失效。

從工藝流程我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)壓縮空氣高速從吸附塔底部進入時，如果沒有氣體分布器，制氮機吸附器中碳分子篩受到氣流的沖擊、摩擦，容易造成碳分子篩的粉化。

另外碳分子篩填入吸附塔內(nèi)是不可能緊密，在使用一段時間后，碳分子篩之間的空隙在減小，慢慢下沉，如果沒有碳分子篩良好的壓緊裝置，吸附塔上部就會出現(xiàn)空間。

當(dāng)壓縮空氣進入吸附塔下部時，碳分子篩就會在氣流的沖擊作用力下，在短時間內(nèi)發(fā)生位移，導(dǎo)致碳分子篩互相碰撞、摩擦并與吸附塔壁，這樣就容易使制氮機中碳分子篩粉化失效。
