螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)排氣溫度控制方法

使用過程中，螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)會有出口溫度（溫升）過高的問題，那如果真空的發(fā)生這樣的問題的時候，又該如何去處理呢？

影響螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出口溫度的因素包括：鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的容積效率、工作壓力、內(nèi)泄漏情況以及入口空氣溫度等。這些因素中，大部分和鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的設(shè)計與工藝水平有關(guān)系，它們在鼓風(fēng)機(jī)選型結(jié)束就已定型，難以改變，因此簡單的就是在降低工作壓力、入口溫度上進(jìn)行考慮。

鼓風(fēng)機(jī)入口溫度和工作壓力的變化會直接影響到出口溫度的變化。因此，螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出口溫度如果太高，就可以首先考慮能否降低工作壓力以及入口的空氣溫度：

1、減少壓損。

我們可以看到壓力如果上升1米水柱，螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的出口溫度會有所上升，因此，減少不必要的壓損，可以有用降低鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的出口溫度，來自管路設(shè)計產(chǎn)生的壓損、過濾器、曝氣頭等設(shè)備產(chǎn)生的壓損等等。

2、降低入口溫度。

螺桿鼓風(fēng)機(jī)大多安裝在室外，因此需要保證良好的通風(fēng)，同時避免接近其他熱源，以降低環(huán)境溫度與鼓風(fēng)機(jī)入口溫度；如果風(fēng)機(jī)是裝在室內(nèi)的，有條件的可以裝空調(diào)，不僅可以降低設(shè)備入口空氣溫度，進(jìn)而降低出口排氣溫度，同時也可以延長電機(jī)等設(shè)備的壽命。
